Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what choices you have.
Effective October 6, 2026
Iskra Coaching (“I”, “me”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What I collect
I only collect what you choose to send me through the two forms on this site.
- Inquiry form: your name, email address, what you would like to work on, when you would like to start, and any message you write.
- Pre-coaching questionnaire: your name, email address, and your written answers about your goals, challenges, and preferences. These answers can be personal, and may include information about your work, wellbeing, or relationships. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, and skip anything you would rather discuss in person.
This website does not use advertising trackers, and I do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a discovery session.
- To prepare for our first session and to coach you well if we work together.
- To keep a record of our work together, as professional coaching practice requires.
I do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising. I will only email you about your inquiry or our work together, unless you ask for more.
Who handles it on my behalf
This site is a static website, so it relies on a few outside services:
- Form service: when you submit a form, your answers are processed by a third-party form service (currently Formspree) and delivered to my email. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
- Website hosting: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, when you visit.
- Scheduling: if you choose to book a session through Cal.com, the details you enter there (such as your name, email address, and chosen time) are collected by Cal.com and shared with me. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
- Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- Email: your messages and form submissions pass through my email provider.
I do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it or, in rare cases, where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
Confidentiality of coaching
What you share in coaching is kept confidential, subject to the limits described in the Terms of Service.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries and questionnaires for as long as I need them to respond to you and to coach you. If we do not work together, I delete inquiries after a reasonable period. If we do, I keep my coaching records only as long as professional practice and the law require. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights such as objecting to or restricting how your information is used. To make a request, email me at [your email address]. I will respond as soon as I reasonably can.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect what you send me, but no website or email system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, financial account numbers, or medical details through the forms.
Not for emergencies
The forms on this site are not monitored in real time. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact local emergency services. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Children
This site and my services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this page
If I change how I handle information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
